Thank you for shopping with iPrime. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened screen protectors
- Opened earbuds or audio accessories
- Used charging cables or power adapters
- Any item marked as “Final Sale”

3. How to Start a Return

Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos if the item is damaged or faulty
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, please contact us immediately with:
- Photos or video of the issue
- Your order number
If confirmed as faulty, we will:
- Offer a replacement, OR
- Issue a full refund (including original shipping)
We may request the item be returned before issuing a refund.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us first.
